Q Visit Museums You will virtually visit 3 museums anywhere in the world using the following link - and report back on your experiences. https://artsandculture.google.com/partnerLinks to an external site. Find one piece of art in each museum that you find interesting, inspiring, frightening, disgusting..... whatever you think... explain your thoughts. Or describe your thoughts on the museum itself - the architecture, design, organization, theme, etc... If you are willing and able to visit a museum in person - that would be great as well!

In my second round of museum visits, I started with the National Gallery of Art. I found myself being drawn to Winslow Homer's work with watercolor. The first painting, Incoming Tide, 1883, Scarboro, Maine, was mystifying. It shows a landscape of a tumultuous tide roaring in. The second one was The Herring Net, 1885. Both rough seas, one with subjects one without. The next stop was the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History, in Washington D.C. this museum focuses on the natural world and the biology that has walked the earth for many years. My favorite exhibit is the dinosaurs.
